While orders that have already been placed cannot be changed or canceled, you are welcome to return items once they have been received according to our returns policy. Email us at info@cartel-clothing.com and we will be happy to assist with any further queries.

Rule number one, there are no traces in a Cartel. Just kidding, in your shipping confirmation email that you received after placing your order, there is a link to track your order along with your tracking number.

Please refer below to our list of areas that we currently ship to. If your area is not on the list, please email us at info@cartel-clothing.com and we will work on the Cartel arriving to your area in the future.

Unfortunately, Cartel does not offer shipping fee refunds as shipping is handled by an external entity.

Lose some.. Just kidding, returns are welcome in accordance to our Returns policy. If you have received the incorrect size, email us at info@cartel-clothing.com and we will re-send you the correct size and this time shipping is on us ;).

Hmm, are you sure it was from Cartel, who provides only the finest quality? In the unfortunate event of this, you are welcome to return the items according to our returns policy and we will re-send you the same items in perfect condition.
